Learning to use faith is quite elementary. Think
back upon your kinder days, when you were a teetering, drooling toddler working
hard to make your way to sesame street. Perhaps sometime between napping and
crying, you managed to network with a famous infancy playmate, jack. Jack was a
famed childhood comrade who was unfortunately confined to a box.
In order to
see him, you had to crank a handle on the side of the box until he popped out.
Although you did not know exactly when he was going to surface, you kept your
feeble, fumbling fingers on the handle, cranking away with the fury of the Tasmanian
devil.
You didn't know jack, yet you believed that he would
come out of the box if you would only crank that handle. How much more so
should we believe that if we crank up our spirit man and began obeying and
submitting to god's word tells us, that Jehovah Jireh will pop into our
circumstances and situations and start changing things?
1 john 5:15 assures us saying: "and we know
that if he hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have what we have asked
him of." After you have begun to grasp his word and crank it into your
inner man, you need to have the expectancy and faith of a child awaiting a
jack- in-the-box as you wait for the pop up of your provision.
So keep on cranking and expecting that at any
second, Jehovah Jireh is going to pop up and show out in your situation.
